HPL96 high-output twin-screw extruder line is a large-scale industrial polymer compounding and plastic pelletizing equipment, specially designed for PC plastic granulation and high-volume polymer modification production. With a maximum stable output of 3300kg per hour, this machine integrates mature petrochemical extrusion technology. • Gearbox: Adopts bilateral symmetrical gear drive system, realizing stable and high-torque output for long-term heavy-duty operation

It effectively reduces energy consumption, raw material waste and workshop occupation area. Equipped with heating rod heating structure instead of traditional cast copper heaters, it saves 15% to 20% of operating energy consumption.
• Advanced Industrial Design: The gearbox load capacity factor reaches 15Nm/cm³ with super high torque reserve. The maximum screw speed can reach 1800rpm, realizing high-speed and high-efficiency compounding production.
• Ultra-long Service Life: The dual output shafts adopt non-load-bearing bearing design, which avoids wear of vulnerable weak-axis bearings and greatly extends the service life of core components. The overall gearbox designed service life reaches 72000 working hours (equivalent to 10 years of stable operation).
• High Customization Flexibility: Support wide-range D/d ratio customization from 1.33 to 2.0. The minimum screw and barrel gap can be adjusted to 0.15mm, meeting personalized processing requirements of different materials and production processes.
